Smileys..!! :-D

5 Apr 2005, 19:56

hey art,
i'm missing the smileys in this forum. i know its kinda late, but, you can always improve the look of this forum. also, if ur considering smileys, please consider the type that you find in harmony-central forums. you know, the wise-ass smileys. they ROCK!! the worst smileys i've seen are cakewalk. they make the post like baby talk. :-/

I will think about it.

This is one of the cleanest, clutter-free forums around. Please keep it this way, it's way more easy on the eyes & feels more professional as a result.

My only complaint is I find the name cell on the side to be a little large. It is probly a templae thing that can't be adjusted though, which sucks.

but i agree with Hobo, this is a very clean forum.

Hopefully my basement studio will be as clean and sexy as this site is after my renovation.

Anyway, the only thing that would make this site better is a picture section with Bikini babes in erotic positions with FANTOMZ! Roxorz!

anyway, thanks for this site, it is amazing, the community is great. peace out all!

No! I mean NO! Do you want the Fantomized forum to look like this*)?

I agree with Hobo - please don't trash this site!

Hobo:

Thanks!

orwell:

What name cell? You mean here, in the thread view, the blue cell on the left? Yes, it can be made a bit more narrow, but think about people that have smaller displays. Also, soon there will be more info displayed (location, registration date etc.) so I think there is no need to make it smaller.

You could do little blue-grey-purplish Fantomized style smilies, no bigger than 16x16 or so. I'd be happy to design 'em.

I think it would be nice to have a couple of built in smilies that fit into the Fantomized color scheme as Phait suggested. If the color scheme matches then they won't look gaudy. I think we would just need the standards:

:O

We don't need devil horns or space aliens or skulls

Phait why don't you give it a shot and show us the results?

Uhm, these ones look really nice! Thanks for your work, now I will think if we should go for implementing this stuff here.

Re: Smileys..!! :-D

Oh yeah
If you we keep limited to just those, please...

...just could not afford the 8!

Okay art, i see now. but still, there is simply no excuse for this site to NOT have bikini chix posing with fantomz.

its clean i agree. but with limited smileys, it can look great!

also, have you considered Quoting?

right now i wanna quote :

"Who gives a ..." by artemio

(wise-ass smiley)

i cant do that! it'd rock, if implemented. ]
