I just want to repeat: do not even try to worry, my time for this place will not get shorter. In fact, our Roland guys will sponsor part of my work here.

BTW, there are couple of things that will happen for all Fantom-X and V-Synth users here. I will be in charge for making a sound library CD that will come for free with every board. Every synth will also be filled with extra sound material in flash RAM as well. Of course, all this material will be published here to you all for free!

That is superb news Artemio. I don't know if this had any bearing on them sponsoring part of your work on Fantomized, but I did email the ever helpful Alita at Roland UK about a month or so ago to ask if she would pass on details of the Fantomized hosting fund to any of the worldwide Roland Marketing departments she thought might be inclined to dip their hands in their pockets as a "thankyou" for your selfless efforts on Roland's behalf (which she duly said she would).

Congratulations... it's well deserved.

This is not at all surprising. It is a natural evolution and an example of someone doing something so different and so much better than anyone else, that notice was naturally taken. I hope your support is not just limited to the Ukraine region, but since e-mail will be the medium, will be available to all Fantom and V-Synth users, regardless of location.

Of course looked at from another persective, this kind of expert support is what we members have had ever since Artemio started getting into the Fantom in 2003. He has become so expert that I would always think to ask him first before anyone from Roland.

Now Roland has (finally) decided to do what we've been suggesting for close to 2 years - make Artemio an official tech support guy.

Of course nothing will happen to this site - it's probably sold more Fantoms than any other medium. And so far it has cost Roland little. I just hope that now finally Artemio will get access to the latest models of Roland synths so that he can "learn" them for his tech support. However he gets them, he deserves to have them on hand.

I want to congratulate Artemio on this "promotion", and also say kudos to Roland for recognizing his talent and discipline, which has led to him becoming probably one of the world's experts (maybe foremost) on the Fantom S and X series.
