I use knob control to modify the tone release , reverb , eq but when I write the tone this modification does not come along even when I edit them on single tone mode.

These parameters are scene parameters, and they are stored with the scene. There are related tone parameters, and you can access them in the tone edit UI (for example by pressing the PARAM button).

It is not always obvious whether a parameter is part of the scene or the tone. However, the yellow indicator on the screen is useful. If you change a parameter and the yellow indicator appears next to the scene name, then it is a scene parameter. If the yellow indicator appears next to the tone name, then it is a tone parameter.
