Roland Fantom-06 Freezing Not responding

Hello. I wanted to share what's happening with my new Fantom-06. I just bought one a couple of weeks ago and just after opening and about 20 minutes after I started playing it, suddenly it freezed, nothing was responding, not any button, touching the screen, any key or anything. I went for the power button to turn it off and after pressing it the power wasn't even off, the unit was still on (but not responding). I had to unplug it hoping this was something that would not happen again (my old FA-08 didn't respond once and it only happened one time in several years). But it happened again, it froze again, it wasn't something I was doing, it could freeze while I was playing it, It could freeze while the screen saver was on or even with the menu displayed. It could take as long as 30 minutes or as soon as just 5 minutes but It would always freeze. In any other case I would just return it and ask for another unit, but I bought this one from abroad (Thomann Music) and have already payed custom taxes and international shipping. The thing is that this model, the fantom-0 isn't available in my country and would not be until December or probably even until 2023, that's why I decided to import it.
I went for technical support local in the Authorized Roland store where I live, but now I'm kind of worried this could be something that cannot be repaired. Has anyone else had freezing (unit not responding) issues? I even updates the OS to the last one available, that is v1.02 but that didn't solve the Freezing (not responding) problem. Let me know If you've had similar problems with this model or other Roland units and if you could solve this.
