NEW Fantom Axial sounds

Update 1.10 coming in the next few hours includes:

-Added EXPANSION function for ZEN-Core.
-Added a pattern editing function using a piano roll.
-Added scene search function.
-Added ZONE assign function and playback level function for sample pads.
-Added The Noise Suppressor function to the analog filter.

The EXZ005 EXZ Studio Sounds is the "old" EXP-06 Studio Collection with 99 MByte of PCM vs 32
the EXZ006 EXZ World Instruments is the "old" EXP-03 World Collection with 83 MByte of PCM vs 32

The JzPno of from EXZ002 EXZ Stage Piano 2, is the JzPno multisampled (4 layer) from Fantom-XR BANK B :-)

Does this mean that some of the sounds shipped with the Fantom is on RAM?

The new sound and multisamples are in flash: you have 16 slot for it. After they are loaded, they are always available, obviously even after turning off the Fantom. P. 4 and 5 https://static.roland.com/assets/media/pdf/FANTOM-6_7_8_v110_eng01_W.pdf

Can I load the Integra sounds in my Fantom X6??

Yes, this is just like Nord Stage 3. But Nord has everything in 2 GB Flash(RAM). No ROM data. My question was based on

But I misread it. I thought it was a sound in this Fantom. Now I see it was Fantom XR. My mistake. :-)

Just loaded the first six EXZs available. It's nice to have many of the SRX sounds back from the Fantom X series. Although I won't truly be happy until we see the Ultimate Keys SRX-07 and Complete Orchestra SRX-08 sound sets available. Those were my bread and butter expansion cards on my X7 and the orchestral sound availability is still very lacking.

Well, one thing is for certain: It's nice to have SIXTEEN slots avaialable, as opposed to the FA's TWO.

My ears tell me that these EXZ sets sound better on the Fantom than on the FA as well ... smoother, warmer, IMHO.

I agree with zombietactics, EXZ sets sound better on my Fantom 8 than SRX on my Integra 7, drums on EXZ Studio 5 are same as SRX Studio, and the same as DR880, but EXZ version sound better, more definition, warmer, better,....
