11 Jun 2015, 11:55

Hello everyone.

Soon I buy Jupiter 80 v2 and I would like to know from users, does he has the a piano patch JD800? I'm also owner of the Juno-Stage, and he has this beautiful patch. If Jupiter does not have it, is it possible to purchase this patch from Roland??

Cheers

Ralph

In the Jupiter-80 there is a PCM called Synth Piano (PCM waveform # 121) that sounds close in character to the JD-800's piano. They both Sound like a compressed pop piano/dance type piano. The JD-800 sounds similar but it sounds like the multisamples are in different locations. also the JD-800's has more bass that could easily be added to the Jupiter-80's by adding another waveform for bass or maybe adjust the EQ.
