Hey everybody, I am back from the exibition
12 Sep 2004, 06:20Hello all!
Yesteraday I came back from Kiev, where I spent tree days working at the Ukrainian Music Fair 2004.
I am very tired, and my full report will be available a bit later, but here is a short story about what happened.
For three days, I haven't had a second to have a seat (damn, I mean it!). I have been demoing and consulting about the Fantom-X6/7/8/R and the V-Synth/VC-1.
I had four performances on the silent stage (with ~40 sets of headphones), where I played Fantom-X6/7 and the V-Synth for 20-30 minutes each time. Many people showed me their similing and amazed faces which made me so happy
I had many people asking me about the gear after these performances. I will post two demo tracks I played there live soon, and some photos to see too.
Also, Roland UA and me had some discussions, and will almost surely be cooperating in many areas.
Soon, with every Fantom-S/X/XR purchase, people will be receiving a printed copy of the TweakBook, as well as a CD with tweakbook demos, plus patches and samples. The same will be with the V-Synth, as I have some more of such material for it.
Roland UA lent me a VC-1 (D-50) V-Synth card which I will be programming free patches for (and hopefully leave the card as mine later
).
Also, they expressed their will to support my work for the FZ and V-Tribe sites, which will be very nice if happens to work.
I hope you read some good news here, and now I am off to take some more rest.

Sincerely,
Artemio.
