Juno G - Samples on different keys

is it possible to assign individual drum samples on a per key basis on the Juno G?
(create a drum program or pattern w/ each sample on its own key to be played via ONE drum patch)

I have only had my Juno G for 2 weeks and haven't gotten to this point yet

I have also come to realize that all the sampling/audio recording done on the juno g appears to be locked to the tempo..
ie... i recorded some audio samples right after turning on and the def tempo was set to 120... days later I called those samples up to maybe use in a song i was working on at 76bpm and the samples were slowed down (correct pitch on C3 however) but sounded normal again when at 120bpm

is there a setting somewhere that can be disabled that will allow audio/samples to be recorded in a more traditional fashion as opposed to the new time locked audio? i mean its a cool feature and all, but everything sounds choppy and out of phase with the way the audio gets processed internally with EVERY sample i have rec/played . (sounding only somewhat normal when played within 2 notes or so from the original range.)

thanks for any and all advice!

“is it possible to assign individual drum samples on a per key basis on the Juno G?”
I think, it’s the only way.
In a User's or Card rhythm kit, of course.

It is possible to assign samples to different notes. Just save them, create a new rythm set and assign the wave to the desired note. That's the multisampling I was talking about on the other topic.

As for sample playback, make sure you don't transpose the sample. For example, you recorded something, the sample will be assigned to C4 as default. If you play it on C3 and tune it an octave higher to make up, it will be choppy.

The trick is to edit the sample itself and set it to C3, so that when you use it, you don't need to tune it up or down.

I never saw a sample change itself because of the tempo. If so, try recording the sample again with the desired tempo.

Hi Vinícius, I downloaded and installed your Steinway and... it's very good! I just wanted to thank you!
Why not put the samples in the Materials section of this site?
Thank you again.

Not sure about the Juno G but on the Xa when you assign a sample to kybd or pad there is a checkbox called SYNC. Click this before you assign the sample
