Cheers,

I don't expect LP7 for some time; or else why would they sell us the Pro6 upgrade? I hope that there's a free upgrade to 7 or perhaps a discounted upgrade for us "faithful".

I'm also interested in seeing what Native Instruments have up their sleeve. Some of their instruments are getting a little long in the tooth.

I think it is being shown at messe 2004?
Looks pretty cool. Looks a lot like the Fantom-S/X. Specs?
For some reason this link won't work. Lets try this:

Is that Roland box for real? They are one strange company.

I liked the new G2X from Clavia. That would be a great gigging board ... lightweight (I'm assuming ... It's a Clavia), (finally) a Clavia keyboard with aftertouch, those cool extra mod wheels and ... it's a Nord Modular. Too bad there's no way I could get my wife to stay with me AND buy it.

The new native instruments electric piano could be good.

And the NI B4 controller looks cool, but isn't it amazing that people have constantly been asking for something like that and now it seems like they are coming from everywhere. I wonder if it's just the natural development lag, or if it's like the old A&R joke ... "How many A&R guys does it take to change a lightbulb? .... I don't know, what do you think."

You're right, that box wasn't weird at all. What is going on with Roland? Was Roland bought by a Swiss company while I wasn't looking?

Ha ha!

Wow! a V-Accordion - Must get my paws on one of them!

"22 onboard Orchestral sounds and 7 Orchestral Bass sounds that can be mixed together with traditional accordion sounds"

Can the concertina bit (whatever its called) be set to modulate the LPF or is it permanently set to suck/blow? :-D

Does it come with any pre-set accompanyment styles eg drum&bass/trance/nu-metal?

Whatever next?

Roland V-penny whistle please.

Thanks for that FBJ!!

Ingrid and Modern Talking will buy 100 pcs. each :-)

But I think it's cool. Roland likes making those "world's first" thinks a real lot.

Don’t forget Mexico. The subdivision that I live in is nearing completion but we still have a lot of Mexican workers around here doing work and I came to the conclusion long ago while listening to the music that they like to work to that I don’t think that there is one Mexican song played on the radio here that does not have an accordion in it and usually it is the primary instrument.
Roland might be crazy like a fox? We’ll see who is laughing all the way to the bank?
