Timing problem

Hi. I've noticed the following. I lower de BPS to 60 and then I record a sample, let's say for a bass, the bass line. Y write the sample. Finish working, turn the fantom off, and when I turn it on the next time, I load the sample, and I hear it at 120. So I lower it again to 60 and everything is fine. The problem is when I put the PCMCIA card in my laptop and copy the audio WAV sample into my computer, I get it at 120.

Why is it that the sample is always recorded at 120?
How can I change that?
