XV patches to FX

Please, I need your help:

I am trying to transfer those patches from Mac Osx 10.5 to my Fantom X.
I installed the FX Editor,download the patches, connected the USB cable, went to "System" , "Utility", put in Librarian Mode, then open the XVpatches applicative in the computer and transfer (copy and insert) a single patch to the Main Window and then press Write (in the Main Window) and then comes a message saying that the Fantom is not correctly connected.

On the FX, you have to go to Menu/System/Enter/USB page and switch "Storage" to "Midi" . Most likely you have to unplug the usb cable to do this.
Then make sure on the comp. Library ap (or Edit) , go to Setup and make sure the "FantomX" option is selected for Input and Output.
Then it all should work.

The "Library" page on the FX is a mystery. Even a Roland tech help dude could not explain it when I had a similar question as above.

Thanks for the answer, but now appears a message saying that "midi devices aren't set up properly", but when I go to Set Up Midi Devices, I can't not move the Fantom X IN and Out option from NONE.
Why?
