MIDI USB Cable

Hi, I'm wanting to connect my Fantom X8 to my computer.

I have a common Windows XP laptop, with this I mean that I do not have any especial sound card, just the on board card.

What MIDI cables should I buy?

Hello T14,

You need a standard USB device cable with one USB type A end and one USB type B end. Both ends are female.

Like this one.

Hi, thanks. The point is that the USB function is not working any longer, I have that cable and I can't work.

But instead I want a MIDI-USB cable, the one with the interface.

Is this OK?
