Big screen problem

i have the fantom xr module.
A few days ago, my screen started to light without displaying the sounds names.
I mean that it only lights but i can't see anything written.
Everything works (sounds etc) but i don"t know where i'm going when i want to change the sounds since nothing is displayed.
Is there a solution for that? i cannot reset the expander since i cannot go in the subpages without seeing the display.
