Fantom X and Midi

I have two keyboard, a FANTOM X6 and a midi controller.
Simple question. I have 4 sounds on my preset. I want one of the sounds to be controlled by my midi controller and NOT the Fantom, the other three sounds I will control with the fantom...
For example I want the midi controller to always play the ULTIMATE grand while the X6 controls pads, strings, organs, etc...
is this possible? and how?
