On the Akai samplers, they had something called Crossfade Looping - is this an option on the Fantom? I've had the same problem, and unfortunately, I'm awful at RTFM, otherwise, I'm sure it would be obvious.

It is very hard to get perfect loop point even if you find one with loop point finding programs. Internal samples are very small sized samples yet loop very well..
One thing I noticed is that Roland use mono wave forms for internal samples. Mono wave forms are very easy to loop.
The samples you are using are stereo samples.. it is almost impossible to get good loop point especially if you want smaller sample size.

Hey, heres one I figured out! Cool.

Had the same prob. What I did was check out other loops in very expanded (hit the plus button) form. Hit the plus untill the wave form is a string.

Then select a point on the up swing ( look at other suscess-full
loops).

If this doesnt work, keep pickin new points, and you'll get lucky sooner or later.

Hope this helps,

If all else fails..
Try using AMP to create small Fade in and fade out points
