I'm new at using samples with my keyboard, and I've read that for some reason, people prefer to load samples in wav format. Maybe better sound quality. Maybe for other reasons. Glad you figured out your volume problem.

Could you please post the sounds in the performance? I found a preset patch that I've been using lately but it's not really close to that sound on Subdivisions. Thanks

Did you format the usb drive with the keyboard or did it with your computer? I did it with the keyboard, I guess it takes longer but I've never had any problems with the Restore function.

Tell us how the Juno is hooked up to the win10 computer. Personally I use a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface, and I've had no problems with it.
