Absolutely, the Fantom X gives you all you need for doing music and the prices are really affordable today for such a fantastic board. You won't regret it! I still have my X and I still love it! Cheers

@ Akane These are totlly different instruments! and it depends what you want to do. The MC808 is a drummaschine/sampler (groovebox) and the Fantom S/Xa is a workstation/(synthesizer). If you are working more pattern wise...
