How can i get the same sounds that are in patch mode sounded

So how can i get the sounds that are in patch mode sounded the same in performance mode?
I want too work in midifiles stuff and when i call any sound that is in the patch list they don?t sound the same they are too poor!!with no efects....
Is there any way to do this?
