Sounds missing from scenes

You can download the SuperNATURAL Acoustic Piano 1, SuperNATURAL Acoustic Piano 2 and SuperNATURAL Eletric Piano 1 for free from Roland Cloud. I assume they are regular pre-installed expansions, and it is possible to delete them. A factory reset would not re-create them.

Formated USB stick on Fantom>Downloaded 2 piano tones from Roland cloud> select import>import tone>Z-Core it shows all the
folders with the files but doesnt allow me to expand to open....

Using file utility I can see the needed files are there....Tried also copying just the PNG & EZX to rrot directory ...still no luck
I feel Im missing a large part of this instrument without these tones in the scenes. Even after I succeffully import the tone ...will
the scenes that need the tone just see it ...or will I gave to re-assign to that scence?

If I hit the tempo button which is remove licenese...i dont know why
