Problem or setup?

I have been getting since I bought the Integra-7, every once in a while, a note that would stick and ring no matter what I did. If I changed the sound from the Integra-7 and went back, it would stop, but as soon as I pressed the same note, it would ring continuously. Even if I turned of the keyboard and back on, it would not stop. It would only stop if I reset the Integra-7 by turning it on and off. Then it would stop happening. Today, I was playing through my Focusrite 18i16 and it happened again, without the use of any DAW. Again, it would only stop happening completely after reset of the Integra-7. I remember someone saying that it could be a setting from the device, but I can't find the post.
I have come so far managing to play MIDI and Audio at the same time through my DAW using the ASIO4All and it plays and records like a gem. But this once in a while stuck note, gets on my nerve. Any recommendation would be appreciated.

I wonder, could it be that your controller keyboard isn't transmitting MIDI note-off messages for that particular note?

Thanks for the reply. It seems that it was probably a key that wasn't much used and after pressing it 20-30 times, it came back to normal.

So it was the key. Thought so.

I've had one on my Roland A-50 (late '80s controller keyboard) that doesn't transmit, IIRC, poly aftertouch correctly, so I know this sort of thing can happen.
