Hello, just got a brand new RD-2000. I've noticed that, when using it to record MIDI into Cubase, that the sustain pedal, instead of sending out messages as 0 and 127 on CC#64, as you'd expect, actually sends out random "in-between" values too. I've tried different pedals, including those that I know for definite are straightforward on / off switches rather than controllers, but the results are the same. Obviously it makes little or no difference to the recorded performance but it makes editing much more difficult as you have to plough through a string of MIDI events to find the 0 and 127 ones.. does anyone know if there's a way of disabling this? Every MIDI keyboard I've owned for best part of 30 years was happy just to send out 0 (sustain off) and 127 (sustain on").. thanks for any info.. (the screenshot show what is just a series of up / down pedal events which I would expect to be all 0 / 127)Image
