Sound modify knobs and eq

Hi

I´m in studio set and the eq knobs are controlling the master eq, how do I get the knobs to control the eq of the part I´m in? Have set all the parts eq´s to "on". Can not find this in the manual. Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks.

I was just messing with this yesterday.

You can't.

These are for the Master EQ only.

You would have to use the Assign Row of the Matrix knobs, assign them to a CC# (an unused one) and then set that CC up to control the parameter in the EQ, such as gain and frequency on Hi, Mid, and Low (since there are 6 knobs).

You'll also have to store the tone with those settings as a USER Tone because he MFX settings will not stay with the Studio Set.
