The arpeggio custom pattern is saved within a patch. Checking the parameter manual there is no way to save just the arpeggio pattern from a midi file.

You can however import and export a pattern sequence using the Pattern Utility function and SMF files. Page 65 of parameter manual.

This manual is your friend, if it's not in there then chances are JD-XA doesn't do it:
