Right channel output problem

I just recently started having issues with the right audio channel. The volume is much lower, and I get a "crackle" sound from that side. This only happens from the right channel. I tried headphones, panned to the left then right to compare, ran into an amp from the right output, ran to an amp from the l/mono channel and panned, etc. Everything I try has the same result. I also tried different cables, headphones, and amps. I did a hard reset as well, but it didn't help.

Any ideas?
