Integra 7

Is the Integra 7 availabe (in Europe)?

Is the Integra 7 availabe (in Europe)?

Hi -

I just went onto both Digital Village and Thomann and both indicate the Integra 7 is not in stock and that there next delivery date is unknown.

I remember reading that on both of their web sites over 6 months ago, and only now returned to their respective web sites as I'm contemplating getting one soon.

Would be keen to know if they can actually be bought or whether there's an issue in acquiring one.

(I will of course contact the sellers, but am still curious as to the general state of affairs).

Thanks,
Kevin.

My local store says available for pre-order and that they have 10 ordered (but no timescale). The Roland guy says they're flying off the shelves as soon as they come in... I guess that's why they ordered 10 of 'em!

By comparison they only have 1 JP-80 and 1 JP-50 for pre-order.

If they are really flying off the shelves I wonder why no one has given a review at Thomann yet; usually there are quite a number of reviews quickly (e.g. for Korg Krome).

I had ordered the i7 end october 2012, and received it after irritating my dealer and Roland Europe, at the end of february 2013.

Since november i saw already in several european shops that it was not available. At my dealer, several ordered could not be delivered, i was the first and lucky one.

When I say flying of the shelves I mean not the quantity so much as time - if the store orders two I-7s then they're sold before they arrive. Then they get another 4, and again sold before they arrive.

Now they have 10 on order and I'm told that they're all sold - and yes, they've not arrived yet!

PMT Birmingham and Manchester are showing they have a unit in each shop according to their website. Don't know how up to date it is though. When I got mine in March from the Birmingham shop, they only had one and it disappeared from the website once I had bought it so they do seem to keep it up to date.
They actually let me take the Roland demo model from the shop and called me once they had a brand new sealed boxed unit in to swap over. That was only a few days later. Good service.

We have two shops in the Rotterdam area and Integra 7 is not in stock. Thomann also shows them as out of stock. I was considering buying one from a US dealer that does ship to the EU, but after paying shipping, duties, etc., I will most likely end up paying more for it.

I am hopeful that by August these will be easier to get.

Dank je wel for the tip! It seems that everything I want is not in Rotterdam LOL. I had hoped to test drive the Integra-7 but from the reviews, the demos I have heard, and the insane size of the sound library I think I will have no regrets. Hell I still use a Fantom X8 and XV-88 in my rig and love their sound. The Integra-7 gives me those sounds and more PLUS portability. I need that Roland in my live rig and picked up a JP80. It plays nicely with Kronos, PC3, and Motif ES. The Fantom and the XV-88 however are beasts to haul and except for large gigs where I have access to a van, they are too large for a car so an Integra is really an essential purchase.
