How do I boot up with Grand Piano 4 ??

I have the Supernatural upgrade Kit and I would like the RD to boot up with Grand Piano 4 (SN10) when I push the On button.

I tried Setup/Write with SN10 running, but that doesn't seem to do the trick. The RD still boots with Supernatural and not that specific piano.

Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated.

Hey Mikoh

There is a setting to choose which of the four piano types starts by default when you first turn on, but that's only half the game. Make sure that the SN Piano is the one that starts first...

Then, with the screen on the SN piano, hit the Fn button to enter Designer mode and you'll see that the first option is the Piano Type (or something close to that). Use the scroll wheel and increase the value to SN10: Grand Piano 4 and then press the Fn button that says Write. It'll ask you to confirm, so press the Yes button and your setting is saved.

Now when you turn on the RD-700GX you'll start with the SN card as default, and Grand Piano 4.... look at the words on the screen, the image is the same but the words should now say Grand Piano 4.

I tested it out last night when I read your post yesterday and it worked perfectly.
