Hi Kooroshi60,
I have a V-Synth XT that includes both the VC-1 and VC-2 cards, but Roland does not offer UniQuest VC-1 Editor/Librarian Software with the product.

Is UniQuest bundled with the VC-1 card alone ?

Anyway, I can't help, as I don't have UniQuest

EDITED: I've just downloaded the MIDI Quest XL 10 Demo in order to check it out... indeed It is a very helpful tool to the D-50 (and a big number of synths / modules) Cool stuff !!

Hi Paolo

UniQuest VC-1 comes only with "VC-1 PC Card" but not with the integrated version inside the XT.

This software is specially designed to edit and managed the VC-1 in a very easy way; So it's a must for VC-1 users.

Thanks
Ciro

Kooroshi60,
I did not know that UniQuest was offered with the VC-1 card.

I downloaded and tested the (very limited in functionality and available time) demo version with my XT (on VC-1 Mode), and it's really cool, but the only advantage to me is the Librarian part, as for the Editor, I can do everything directly on the XT, and using the PC where I can use the board directly, does not help me at all.

Thanks for the tip
Take care

Paulo
