Windows Vista won't let you have subfolders with the same name. SUBFOLDERS!!!!! Why????

This is a BIG problem that I'm not sure how to get around.

For example, I cannot even extract Sinevibes Project folder from the ZIP file to put it on my USB flash drive. I can open it from the TEMP folder it downloaded to, but can't copy it anywhere, unless I change the names of the subfolders, meaning the SEQ and SMPL folders, etc...

I can't even save it to my D: hard drive, or I get the same error message, that I need to RENAME the subfolder or SKIP copying it.

I can't use the Project if I rename the SEQ folders and the others, since that is what Fantom looks for, for the SMFs and what not.

It won't even let me create a SEQ folder on the Flash Drive??!!!

I tried burying it deeper in other created folders, I tried saving it to the desktop, to the other hard drive. I've tried copying directly to the Flash Drive, it won't even let me do that. Nothing works so far. For some reason it let me do the FGConnects folder I originally downloaded, and let's me keep the FantomG original Project folder, but suddenly I have this issue now.

Anyone know how to resolve this?
