Hey guys how about posting a music theory section

I know this is not related to any roland products, but I'm sure everyone is willing to expand their music theory knowledge since we all are musicians after all.

I thought it would be a great idea, what you guys think???

Like your lateral thinking. I'd be interested to know more about what you had in mind.

Were you thinking about music theory in relation to the Fantom, or more generally? I'm thinking that in this forum it would need to be applied in order to thrive.

Well DRH, what I had in mind was to form a forum where we can discuss about What chords arrangement people like to use, give out tips or suggestions about scales, chord arragement, pertaining to specific genre. It can also can have a relation to the fantom as well, if anyone have a question or slumped using the memory chord features on their fantom, or v-synths,post any of our music and help each other out on what would be the proper chord arragement to a particular track your working on..It's very helpful when you have a third party giving you feedback.....Pretty much music theory general and also that can have a relation using the JUNO, FANTOM,
JV, OR V SYNTH SERIES...

Well, I think we'd then need a "Music and recording" section. It would also be cool to discuss various audio recording tricks, something about sequencing, etc. I think I'll open it up now, it's a good idea ;-)

Happy belated birthday Artemio....Actually that'll be a great idea, as well, where we can discuss mixing techniques, what outboard gear gives you a cleaner sound coming out of the fantom, discuss sound designs, create certain patches...wouldn't be so bad
