Xenox.AFL: Use the Flip4Mac QuickTime plug-in for Mac OS X. The free version is available at

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx

Using that, I was able to play the Windows Media content linked to above on my MacBook.

Actually Sonic State always offer the videos in various formats, QuickTime included. I already saw a video with Scott Tibbs demoing the GT, you can find it in their earlier NAMM video posts.

Nice,

a lot warmer and fatter than the Yamaha's Motif XS or the Korg M3. Atleast Motif XS has the best acoustic sounds of the bunch.

Roland forever (for synthie stuff)!

The presentation is kind of dull...S.Tibbs ain't bad, but imagine if Bert for Yamaha gave this presentation lol!

Bert is a nice dude, meet him last year in Frankfurt and talked to him, really nice and friendly guy.. But, I think the Synth are completly different, you can't compare the V-Synth with an Motif XS, ofcourse... So this is the wrong thread to talk about Motif XS and Roland Fantom...

I own booth synthies and i still like much more the Fantom...!!
