Control Changes in Peformance using knobs

Ok, so I was making a recording and I already had several parts recorded. I hit record again while at the mixer screen and during the recording I played around with the volume levels of one of the parts using the knobs. This implemented a lot of volume Control changes and now my question is...how do I remove those cc's from the sequencer data. I tried to re-record and keep the part's volume level the same but it still wants to jump around on its own and I can't stop it. Is there a way to replace the data there, or delete all the volume cc's?
